Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your participation in the StreamFi affiliate partner network ("Program") operated by StreamFi Network Ltd. ("StreamFi", "we", "us"). By registering as a partner, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

To participate in the Program, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Operate an active Rumble channel with a minimum average of 200 concurrent viewers
• Comply with all applicable laws and platform policies
• Not be located in a jurisdiction where affiliate marketing or crypto-related promotions are prohibited

2. Partner Obligations

As a StreamFi partner, you agree to:

• Promote products honestly and accurately, without misleading claims
• Include FTC-compliant disclosure language in all promotional content
• Use only the marketing materials provided in your StreamFi dashboard
• Not engage in spam, fake traffic, or fraudulent referrals
• Maintain the minimum viewer threshold for qualifying streams

3. Commission Structure

Commissions are earned on qualifying referral purchases made through your unique partner link. Rates vary by product and tier. Commission is credited to your account balance within 3 business days of a confirmed purchase. Minimum payout threshold is $50 USDT.

4. Payouts

Payouts are processed via USDT (TRC-20), USDC (ERC-20), BTC, or bank transfer. Processing time is 3–7 business days. StreamFi reserves the right to hold payouts pending compliance review.

5. Prohibited Conduct

• Self-referrals or incentivized referrals not disclosed to StreamFi
• Cookie stuffing, click fraud, or bot traffic
• Making guarantees about investment returns
• Impersonating StreamFi or its products

6. Termination

StreamFi may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or reputational harm to the Program. Earned commissions prior to termination will be paid out subject to compliance review.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Program is provided "as is." StreamFi makes no warranties regarding commission continuity, product availability, or earning potential. Crypto markets are volatile — past performance does not guarantee future results.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, StreamFi's total liability shall not exceed the commissions earned by you in the 30 days preceding any claim.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the British Virgin Islands. Disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Road Town, Tortola, BVI.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued participation in the Program after notice of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
