Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to StreamFi partners and governs the reversal of commission payments.

1. Commission Reversals

StreamFi may reverse credited commissions in the following cases:

2. Payout Refunds

Once a payout has been sent to your wallet address or bank account, it cannot be reversed. It is your responsibility to provide accurate payment details. StreamFi is not liable for funds sent to incorrect addresses provided by the partner.

3. Token Purchase Refunds

StreamFi is an affiliate platform — we do not sell tokens directly. Refunds for token purchases made through promoted products are governed by each product's own terms and conditions. Contact the respective project's support team for purchase refund requests.

4. Dispute Resolution

If you believe a commission reversal was made in error, contact us within 14 days of the reversal at support@streamfi.io with your account details and transaction reference. We will review and respond within 5 business days.

5. Account Credits

In cases where a commission was reversed due to a StreamFi error, we will restore the commission to your account balance within 3 business days of confirmation.
